Can I change my shipping address once I’ve placed an order?
Please contact our customer service team to see if your order has already been processed. Once your order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
How long does shipping take?

Will I receive a tracking number once I have placed an order?
Yes! Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and a tracking code for your order.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by using the tracking code you received in your confirmation email and plugging it into the “order tracker” on our website.
I have a military address, are you able to ship it here?
Please contact our customer service team before you place an order to see there are any shipping restrictions regarding your military address.
Do I have to pay taxes, customs, or duties for my order to be shipped overseas?
Yes. The amount depends on the laws of the country you are shipping the package to.
Can I ship an order to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes! Your shipping address can be different from your billing address.
Will shipping take longer during the holiday season?
Yes, please be mindful that orders processed during the holiday season may take longer to be delivered. If you would like your order to arrive by the holidays, we recommend placing an order at least one week in advance.
How much does shipping cost to return a product to your warehouse?
The shipping cost varies depending on your location and the country where you are shipping your package from.
Is it possible to place one order with multiple items and have them shipped separately to different locations?
For a smoother shipping & handling process, you may use the same name and payment information to make separate orders for separate locations. If you would still like to place one order with different shipping addresses, please contact us in advance.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple- if you are unhappy with our product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund!
How long will it take to process my order before it is delivered?
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping duration depends on where you are located! Please refer to our ‘shipping’ page for more info!
How do I place my order?
To place an order, go to the product page and select the item you would like to purchase. Once you have selected and added to cart, proceed to check out where you will fill out your payment and billing information. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if it has not been processed already. Please keep in mind that orders take 1-3 business days to be processed. If your order has already been processed and you would like to return it, we offer a full refund guaranteed within 30 days of the order date.
Will I receive my order in one package?
Unless some items purchased are not available at the time of your order, you should receive your whole order in one shipment.
Do you offer wrapping on gift orders?
Yes! If you would like your order gift wrapped, please contact us in advance.
Can I buy multiple items in one order?
Yes, of course! Multiple items can be purchased within one order on our website

How long after the order is placed will my credit card be charged?
Processing usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on your credit card company.

We currently do not accept PayPal.
What steps does Purely Cosmo take to prevent Credit Card fraud?
Purely Cosmo works under the PCI compliance, which is the highest standard in the world.
How long after I return the product will I receive a refund?
You will receive a refund immediately after we respond to your request and approve it.
I think I was charged more than once.. What should I do?
If you see multiple pending charges on your bank statement, note that they will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank.
Please check the confirmation email you receive to make sure you placed the order once. If you only see one confirmation email, you were only charged once. Please contact your bank if you have any further questions regarding the pending charges.
Do you accept VISA gift cards?
No, we do not accept gift cards as a payment method.
Do you offer payment plans? (charge after? afterpay?)
